Your role involves direct engagement with internal and external partners, evaluating third-party solutions, and ensuring our front-end and back-end platforms are perfectly aligned.

Key responsibilities of this role include: 

• Work closely with Product & Technology teams to create and manage a trading development roadmap that aligns with the company’s broader strategy. 
• Assist the Lead Trading Product Owner in prioritizing future sports integration projects, ensuring each aligns with a clear business benefit. 
• Simplify complex trading concepts for effective communication across trading functions and business teams. 
• Ensure smooth collaboration with both internal and external development teams for successful product deliveries. 
• Foster relationships with development teams to guide user story creation, acceptance criteria, and user journeys. 
• Provide detailed trading requirements documents for development team execution. 
• Lead scrum teams by clarifying challenges, ensuring access to necessary resources and tools, and collaborating to develop effective trading solutions. 
• Develop, negotiate, and adhere to budgets, crafting and sustaining business cases for upcoming trading needs. 
• Assess and prioritize third-party and internal trading feature opportunities, incorporating data and market analysis into product planning. 

• Conduct ongoing research and analysis of the B2B Sportsbook market, including competitor benchmarking, to inform strategy and identify partnership opportunities.
