Role Overview:

Lead and manage a team of Football Traders, fostering a high-performance culture, providing necessary resources, and ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a strategic vision for Sportsbook odds provision, driving profitability and maintaining competitive market positions.

Oversee real-time event coverage, odds accuracy, and pricing strategies, ensuring market alignment and timely interventions when necessary.

Support manual odds compilation and manage betting limits across football events, maintaining operational efficiency in both pre-match and in-play trading.

Work cross-functionally with trading, content, marketing, and BI teams to enhance reporting, performance analysis, and customer engagement on partner sites.

Handle customer issues and feature requests, ensuring service excellence and contributing to product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
