Role Overview:

Deliver a market-leading Racing trading proposition for racing clients globally, managing odds and ensuring compliance with operator requirements.

Lead and mentor a team of Racing Traders, driving high performance and aligning team KPIs with overall company targets.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for a world-class B2B Racing odds provision service, optimizing margins and trading strategies across multiple global brands.

Oversee real-time odds delivery for day of race racing and ante-post, feed health, and race coverage, ensuring market accuracy and timely interventions when needed.

Drive and monitor internal team processes including real-time bet noting, stake factoring of individual Racing players and implementing odds changes where necessary to protect Racing margin.

Develop and maintain profitability reports, collaborating with BI teams to track racing P&L performance, and conduct benchmarking for competitive pricing strategies.

Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and trading support teams to ensure timely event displays and assist with operational needs during low workload periods.

Raise feature requests for product enhancements, manage customer queries, and continuously improve trading functionality and service delivery.

Strong financial acumen with expertise in odds compilation, trading KPIs, and a keen analytical mindset for optimizing margins.

Deep expertise in Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing trading, with a thorough understanding of racing markets, trends, and innovations.

Proven leadership and management skills, capable of leading a 24/7 operation, with flexibility to accommodate peak periods and occasional travel.

Extensive Sportsbook industry experience, with a solid understanding of trading processes and back-end functionality across Racing.

Flexible approach to working hours. The role will require working with internal teams working shifts, service providers & operators in various locations across different time zones. You are always available during core trading hours.
