Role Overview:

Monitor incoming racing bets on various bet tickers set up according to company’s trading policy.

Take responsibility to evaluate monetary liabilities using risk overview screen and take actions to manage prices to mitigate unnecessary financial exposure.

Compile bet notes and customer account reviews as well as conduct customer segmentation ensure racing specific risk management strategy is implemented on daily basis.

Manage special prices and promotional markets aligned with our racing partners’ marketing strategy.

Take part in reporting on racing trading performance and analysis.

Achieve personal goals while contributing to our company’s broader objectives and vision.

Manage the daily integration, pricing, and oversight of racing competitions and markets, leveraging third-party feeds and proprietary trading platforms.

Develop and implement advanced strategies to optimize trading efficiency and productivity, with a specific focus on racing markets.

Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth operational flow and deliver exceptional services to our partners.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of racing-specific regulations across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Monitor the precision and timeliness of racing-related data feeds, ensuring real-time reliability for pricing and risk management.

Propose and collaborate on improvements to trading tools and backend systems, specifically tailored to racing needs.

Oversee the daily in-play racing schedule, refining strategies to enhance user engagement and profitability.

Conduct regular analyses of competitors and industry trends to refine our racing trading approach and maintain a competitive edge.

Efficiently address customer inquiries related to racing markets, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Ensure the racing proposition is configured for all partners according with their trading strategy; thereof providing the fullest racing betting offer which is aligned with risk bets management practices.

Eager to continuously improve knowledge about racing and become a subject matter expert within the company

Deep understanding of racing events, markets, and trading dynamics

Familiarity with trading platforms, feed providers, and market operations.

Strong ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.

Precision in pricing and managing data feeds.
