Role Overview:

Lead Global B2B Sportsbook Trading Service – manage the provision of trading services, including odds pricing, risk management, and liability control, ensuring profitability for all B2C Sportsbook operators.
Oversee recruitment and team development – drive the recruitment process, define organizational design, and establish a high-performance culture within the Trading Operations team. Set clear performance goals and develop training and onboarding programs.
Develop and implement trading strategies – define pricing models, event/market selection, and risk management strategies tailored to operator requirements, ensuring a compelling and competitive trading proposition.
Coordinate with service providers – manage relationships with data and odds providers to ensure the seamless delivery of odds, data feeds, and bet settlement, adhering to SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams – work closely with Product, Technology, and Trading Performance teams to build and maintain the trading operations roadmap, prioritize feature requests, and develop trading tools and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.
Competitor benchmarking and gap analysis – undertake regular competitor benchmarking to identify gaps in trading propositions and collaborate on solutions to maintain market competitiveness.
Foster relationships for growth – build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to support ongoing trading operations, business growth, and client satisfaction.

This could be ‘you' if you can demonstrate:

Extensive experience in Sportsbook Trading, including odds management, risk analysis, and working with 3rd-party service providers.
Proven leadership in managing trading teams and multi-sport operations.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profitability, KPIs, and process automation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess trading performance and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Ability to set clear goals, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality results.
